By purchasing an Audit Leader Forum™ membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Eligibility

Audit Leader Forum is intended for experienced internal audit professionals at the director level or above, including Heads of Internal Audit, Chief Audit Executives, and other senior audit leaders.

By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. Audit Leader Forum reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline or terminate membership if these requirements are not met.

2. Membership Benefits

Membership includes access to two live group meetings each month, featuring Rethinking Audit Leadership insights, perspectives from Jason Mefford, and confidential discussions with other audit leaders.

Group membership does not include individual coaching or consulting sessions. Meeting schedules and formats may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

3. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct

Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of discussions, information, and identities shared within Audit Leader Forum meetings.

Members may apply general insights gained from discussions but may not disclose identifying information, confidential business information, or other members' personal experiences without permission.

Recording, distributing meeting content, or soliciting other members for commercial purposes without authorization is prohibited.

Members agree to participate respectfully and professionally.

4. Membership Fees and Cancellation

Membership costs $297 per quarter and automatically renews every three months until canceled.

Members may cancel at any time before their next renewal to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing, and membership access continues through the current paid billing period unless terminated under this agreement.

Membership fees are nonrefundable except as required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by Audit Leader Forum.

5. Membership Termination

Audit Leader Forum reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for failure to meet eligibility requirements, breach of confidentiality, inappropriate conduct, or violation of these terms.

If membership is terminated solely because eligibility requirements are not met, Audit Leader Forum may allow access through the current paid period or provide a prorated refund, at its discretion and subject to applicable law.

6. Nature of Discussions

Audit Leader Forum provides professional development, leadership perspectives, and peer discussions. Information shared is for general educational and informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

Members remain responsible for their own professional judgments and decisions.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Membership Agreement, including the eligibility requirements, confidentiality obligations, recurring billing, and cancellation terms.
