Important Information About Our Call
The call will be conducted via video call using Zoom.
At the time of the call, click on the Zoom link in the calendar event to join the meeting.
If you need to re-schedule the call, do so at least 24 hours in advance. There is a link to re-schedule in the calendar invite.
Here's what you need to prepare before the call:
- Make sure you are on a device that you can access the camera, mic and audio. Headphones are a good idea.
- Show up on time for your call (or re-schedule using the calendar item at least one day prior). You can re-schedule using the link in the calendar invite you will receive.
- Check your e-mail for additional steps to take before the call.
- Since it's a system generated email, if you don't see it in your in-box within the hour, check your junk mail folder just in case.
